1. register at http://cloudns.net/

  2. then add a new master dns zone

  3. next go to https://nic.sa/ and register

  4. then ask for a domain from there

  5. link it with ns11.cloudns.net

  6. now register at http://github.com/

  7. make a new repo called “your username”.github.io this is where you put your website files

  8. in your dns add a CNAME leading to you github page

  9. do the same in your local site

to mail forward go to you dns and click mailforwarding

and pick the email

and add the mx files to you dns
